About AF

Leadership at AF is an operating responsibility, not an org chart

Large operations fail when strategy, process, architecture and delivery are led by parties that never share accountability. AF organizes leadership around the decisions that must be made to take a business problem to production — and keeps one accountable counterpart across all of them.

Leadership philosophy

Accountability is assigned by decision type, and it does not change hands at go-live

AF's model follows the same principles as its delivery: process first, governance before automation, process and systems engineering as one discipline, and accountability sustained from design through production. Each responsibility domain below answers a different question, and every engagement needs all five answered.

01

Strategy and client accountability

Is this the right problem, and who answers for the result?

  • Understanding the business problem before proposing technology
  • Aligning expected outcomes, priorities and sequence with the client's leadership
  • Holding a single accountable counterpart for the engagement
  • Escalation, commercial scope and decision closure

02

Process and transformation leadership

How does the operation actually run, and how should it run?

  • Process discovery: activities, volumes, controls, exceptions
  • Process engineering and redesign
  • Operating-model design: roles, rules, evidence and indicators
  • Governance defined before anything is automated

03

Technology and architecture leadership

Will the designed process hold up technically, at volume, over time?

  • Solution architecture across the systems the process must cross
  • Systems and data integration decisions, including legacy platforms
  • Choosing where workflow, RPA, AI agents, rules or integration is the correct instrument
  • Technical viability, security posture, scalability and maintainability

04

Delivery and operational leadership

Does it reach production, and does it keep working there?

  • Implementation planning, sequencing and coordination across teams
  • Quality, testing and controlled deployment
  • Cutover, adoption and hand-over into the client's operation
  • Production continuity, monitoring and continuous improvement

05

Ecosystem orchestration

Which capability should execute each part, under one accountable model?

  • Selecting the AF companies, platforms and partners a given scope requires
  • Coordinating those contributions into one operating flow
  • Keeping AF Global as the single client-facing accountable counterpart
  • Preventing fragmentation between vendors, tools and phases

These are functional responsibility domains, not executive titles. Depending on the scope of an engagement, a domain may be led by one person or by a small group, and one person may hold more than one domain. AF does not represent these domains as five C-level positions.

How decisions move

From business context to a governed production operation

Each step constrains the next. Architecture is not chosen before the process is defined, and execution is not assigned before the architecture is decided.

  1. 01

    Business context

The engagement starts with the operation's objective, constraints and the decision the client actually needs to improve — not with a product selection.

  2. 02

    Process definition

Process leadership establishes how the flow must work, who is responsible for each step, which rules apply and what evidence must remain.

  3. 03

    Architecture decision

Technology leadership converts the defined process into an architecture: integrations, data, and the automation instrument appropriate to each step.

  4. 04

    Capability assignment

Orchestration assigns execution to the appropriate ecosystem capability, platform or partner, with the scope and role of each contribution made explicit.

  5. 05

    Production and continuity

Delivery leadership takes the solution into production and stays accountable for it working there, with indicators and traceability in place.

AF Global and the ecosystem

One accountable counterpart, several specialized contributors

Coordination is only credible if the boundaries are stated. The distinctions below are structural, not presentational.

AF Global

Coordinates strategy, client accountability and integrated delivery. It decides how a scope is composed and remains the counterpart answerable for the outcome.

Ecosystem companies

Contribute specialized capability within a scope defined by AF Global. Their internal leadership is their own and is not presented here as AF Global leadership.

  • AF Automation Force
  • AF Robotics
  • Ariafina

Platforms and products

AF's platforms and products are instruments used inside a designed process. They are not business units and they do not carry their own client accountability.

Strategic partners

Partners are independent organizations, not AF-owned companies. When a partner participates, its role is defined and bounded, and AF Global's accountability to the client is unchanged.

A note on this page

AF Global does not publish individual leadership profiles, executive titles, biographies, credentials or reporting lines on this page. Only the accountability model that governs AF engagements is described here. Named profiles will be published only once they are formally approved.
