About AF

Where AF works, and how delivery actually happens

AF publishes six working locations across three countries. This page separates corporate presence, working locations, markets served and delivery capability so none of them is mistaken for another.

What presence means at AF

Four different statements, deliberately not merged into one map

Corporate sites often blend offices, markets and partner locations into a single picture. AF does not. Each of the four statements below has a different basis of evidence and a different meaning for a client.

01

Legal / corporate presence

AF Global is the corporate counterpart to the client.

AF Global contracts and remains accountable for the engagement. This site does not publish a list of legal entities, subsidiaries, registrations or regional headquarters, because those corporate facts are not yet approved for publication. The companies of the AF ecosystem are operating companies within that ecosystem; they should not be read as AF Global legal entities in a given country.

02

Locations where AF works

Six cities across Colombia, Panama and the United States.

The cities listed on this page are the locations published by AF: engineering and operational capability in Colombia, plus presence in Panama and the United States. AF does not publish street addresses, office counts or per-location headcount, so each entry should be read as a working location, not as a claim about an owned or leased office.

03

Markets served

Colombia, Panama and the United States.

AF's published commercial scope covers the same three countries. A market where AF serves clients is not the same thing as an AF office: engagements in a market can be delivered from another location. No additional countries, regions or client locations are claimed here.

04

Delivery capability

Ecosystem companies, remote delivery and partners where applicable.

Most AF work — process design, integration, automation, document and case management, AI agents and production support — is delivered by distributed teams working against the client's systems, complemented by specialized companies in the AF ecosystem and, where a scope requires it, by strategic partners. A partner's own locations are the partner's, never represented as AF locations.

Markets served

AF's published commercial scope covers Colombia, Panama, United States. Engagements in one of these markets may be delivered from any AF working location.

What is not claimed

No street addresses, office ownership, regional headquarters, subsidiaries, per-location headcount, client locations or countries beyond the three above. Ecosystem companies and strategic partners keep their own identity and their own locations; they are not AF Global offices.

Operating and delivery model

How AF supports an operation without overstating its footprint

AF combines five elements. Together they explain how a client in any served market receives the same engineering discipline and the same accountable counterpart.

  1. 01

    Local relationship and context

A named AF counterpart works with the client in its own language, regulatory context and operating calendar.

  2. 02

    Process and systems engineering

Process design, integration and automation engineering is AF's core discipline and travels to any market AF serves.

  3. 03

    Specialized ecosystem capability

Scopes that require specific capability are staffed from the operating companies of the AF ecosystem under AF Global's coordination.

  4. 04

    Remote delivery

Work is executed against the client's systems with agreed access, permissions and traceability — physical proximity is not a requirement for delivery.

  5. 05

    Partner-enabled execution

Where a scope calls for it, strategic partners participate under a defined role, with AF Global remaining the accountable counterpart.

Ecosystem companies

Specialized operating companies coordinated by AF Global. Their capability is available to an engagement regardless of where the client is located.

  • AF Automation Force
  • AF Robotics
  • Ariafina

Strategic partners

Partners participate in a defined role when a scope requires it. AF publishes the relationship, not partner locations, and never presents a partner site as an AF site.

  • KPMG
  • BI360
  • NGDS
  • Grovity
